Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Revenue Plus LLC ("RevenuePlus", "we", "us") provides revenue cycle management and back-office support to home health agencies in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, revenueplus.llc (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the Site only. Services we provide to agencies under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement, including any Business Associate Agreement.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you send us through the Site and a small amount of technical data needed to run it.

• Contact form ("Request My Free Review"): your name, agency name, work email, phone (optional), the service you need help with, and your message. We use this to reply to your request.
• Collected automatically when you send the form: your IP address, browser and device type, the date and time, and the page you sent it from. We use this to protect the form from spam and abuse and to keep a record of the request.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, pages requested, browser type, date and time. These are used to run, secure and fix the Site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the Site to collect payment details.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• Reply to your request and schedule a call or free revenue review
• Send you a confirmation email that we received your request
• Understand your agency's needs so we can recommend the right services
• Keep the Site secure, including limiting repeated submissions and blocking spam
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights

We will only send you marketing emails if you agree to receive them, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe.

4. Please do not send patient information

The contact form is for business inquiries only. Please do not include protected health information (PHI), such as patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses or claim details, in the form or in emails to us before we have a signed agreement in place.

If you send PHI by mistake, contact us at contact@revenueplus.llc and we will delete it.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Website hosting: Aspiration Hosting stores the Site, its database and server logs.
• Email delivery: our email service provider sends form notifications to our team and confirmation emails to you.
• Spam protection: a spam-filtering service may check form submissions to block spam.
• Our team: our staff, including our team in the Philippines, may access your request to respond to it.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

6. Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitors may receive only the basic cookies WordPress needs to work, and site administrators receive login cookies when they sign in. If we add analytics or other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. Website email logs are deleted after 14 days. We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), a web application firewall, limits on repeated form submissions, and access limited to staff who need it. No website is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you emails

To make a request, email contact@revenueplus.llc. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

California residents: depending on our size and activities, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may give you further rights, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
